You will, but maybe not for the reason you think.

Customer service.
It doesn't matter if the customer is yelling, screaming, and calling you names, it is NOT appropriate, or good business practice, to respond in such an ignorant and moronic manner. If one customer has an issue with the product, you can be sure 10 others have the same issue, but simply didn't buy your product, rather than taking the time to email you and let you know what you need to do to turn them into a customer.

It's a freakin' grill. You can put the mounts just about anywhere. It just plain lazy to not bother putting them where the original mounts go.
