Its unfortunate, but I never said such a thing. Long story short I have family staying with me. I upset one of the family members who is really a punk. I told him not to touch my office computers. This family member got back at me by emailing some of my customers night of October 19th. If you or someone you know received an email without my signature on it, it didn't come from me.
Wow, look at the egg on my face. Still say though that the writer was not a customer, told the vendor he was not a customer and would not be a customer, and whatever was said had nothing to do with "customer" service.
