Lets get technical. Just like a liberal democrat. This type of response becomes very boring! Look at word for word, definition by definition, by the book.... blah blah blah! Obama is not raising taxes... he is simply refusing to extend the tax cuts. Technically that is not raising taxes according to your logic. It is amazing a guy like you functions with such a twisted way of thinking. I guarantee if the response was given to you then you would change your tune.

Believe what you want. You are stretching.... and you are wrong about "customer service". How about code of conduct? How about professionalism? need I go on????? You are wrong. Stop reaching... and stop trying to catch your last breath of air. Your arguement is dead!

Is a customer/was a customer/might be a customer/should be a customer/not a customer/won't ever be a customer.... doesn't mean jack squat. Customer service applies to any contact the company has with a potential or existing customer. You lost the arguement!
