afaik there are no 5 mm, or 10 mm spacers with centric ring on the market - o.k. german market
I bought 10mm Eibach Pro hub centric spacers for my old rims. I would be surprised if they only shipped them to the US and did not make them available where they were produced
This was the smallest hub centric, high quality spacer I could find when I did my wheels, they were not cheap at nearly $160 per pair, but they were sure good quality.
