Ok, if this was even remotely the case, do you not think that he would have immediately sent follow up emails to the individuals that his punk family member sent emails to once he realized that this happened. I would have not let a minute go by before I took action, I would have also personally called anyone affected if I had access to their phone number. Hmmm.... maybe he just overlooked sending a follow up apology email to Boiler!

And, remember..... This is not the first incident with this company.
