I just called and talked to him. Here is the conversation we had:

Me: Hi, is this grill tech?

him: yeah, how can I help you?

me: I have a question and I was wondering if you cared to answer?

him: yeah go ahead

me: I am from .org and I have heard that you have told one of the members that you didnt care what he thought about your product. Why did you feel the need to answer that way? Do you think that is professional?

him: Well.. I didn....

me: (cut him off) Well I dont care what you say. Have a great day!

hang up.
