Just had the brakes and rotors changed on mine. 51,700 miles on them. Only needed the fronts and yes the service guy told me there's some kind of lip on the rotor and it couldn't be cut either. They didn't have the parts but got them the next day but I didn't care because my dealer has loaner cars. $789.00 to do the job. They screwed me on the parts but the labor was only $160.
