If the corrosion warranty wont cover it, the dealers have quoted me around £1500 for a new tailgate and to have it fitted and painted. I wondered if anybody else had encountered this problem and what avice they might have? I realise I may just have to 'bite the bullet' on this one but would like to explore other avenues first.
