Steve is correct... the vents on the SRT bumper feed directly to the HE... there is a flat plastic piece that fits in the bottom of the bumper and is attached to the HE..... funneling air straight in...

You COULD design a sheet metal scoop that sits about an inch or so lower than the bottom of the NA bumper and at the back edge of it that feeds to HE instead.....
