Edmunds TMV for a red 05 roadster with 13k on it in clean condition is 13,650 private party to 15,200 for dealer and 16,270 for certified.
NADA clean retail is 18,500
Kelly Bluebook for "Excellent" condition is $18600
Only found one on auto trader for 17,995
Other searches found a few newer ones ranging from 17888 to 24000.
Seems like an offer of 17K is a good range based on market values above. I'd go in with the data from the web searches and start under 17K and work up. Bottom line is if you're happy when you get it and what you get it for........
