Thanx Joe for that information. The seller informed me that it would cost around 100 bucks a wheel to repair. Overall, I would be looking at least 500 bucks to have the various dings and chips repaired including two of the wheels. Not really so certain this particular vehicle is going to happen which is fine.
The place I talked to over the phone said $100 to 150 each but hard to say without seeing them in person , could even be less. Our new car has a few flaws but only nit picky stuff, the curb rash drives me nuts, how the heck could the PO have done all 4 wheels? One of them seems pretty bad, hope it can be saved. I will take the car to the wheel place next Spring, too late now. I saw some nice wheels on Tire Rack for like $130 each, for the price they looked nice and compared to some of the prices wow, I'll gets these fixed or if I have to live with the rash.
