I know I can get a plug and play HID kit for $300.00, but how about a quality bulb that looks good, i.e. silver star or PIAA. I DO NOT want a ricey blue bulb, but don't a blue bulb that actually turns bright white, so I need your honest opinions on what you have, like did you do one at a time and then turn on your lights to notice the difference against a wall or garage door.
