Or they could speed up the spoiler to make it deploy faster. There are many super cars that have a pop up spoiler and they can make it work. Bugatti is the perfect example.

I always felt 65MPH was too early for the spoiler to depoly. I think Porsche has theirs pop up at 70MPH (or higher).
