I think some if not all of these catalogs came in two types, regular and deluxe versions, the deluxe versions are a little larger and with fold out pages.
There are some even more simpler catalogs which are just pages, I have some of them as well.
My wife thinks I'm nuts and she's probably correct in that assumption.
I have the CD, plus mailers and concept mailers etc.
I came across a brochure on ebay last week that was a packet of "index cards?" type of brochure. Didnt buy it because I believe he wanted around 20 bucks. However it appears that iIm going to get my hands on one I better pony up the cash because I just cant find one. I just like to have all the stuff that I can get because these cars are so rare. Not that it'll ever roll across the Barrett Jackson block but who knows?
At least for now it would help out at car shows
