The 303 protectant is phenomeal...a word of caution when you go to apply the 303 protectant be sure and put some of the wide blue painters tape along any surface that is near the top; rear glasss, door glass toneau cover, etc as there will be over spray even on a calm day or in a garage. if you get some on any of the glass surfaces something like Invisible Glass cleaner will remove it easily. Also let it dry in between light coat applications. You won't believe how well the water beads up the next time you wash your XF or it rains...PJ
Agreed on the prep work. I use old newspapers and use that as a lining between the top and where it meets with the car and glass. I put some on mine about 18 months ago and the top still looks great and beads up well when water hits it.
