The car came with a 8yr / 80,000 mile power train warranty though the certified pre-owned Chrysler plan that was purchased from the previous owner prior to me buying it from the dealer.

I called Chrysler and they informed me that i had to get the contracted signed by the previous owner of this car.

after doing a diagnosis through OBDII - the check engine light code came out to be transmission turbine, my mechanic suggested the electronics is broken, and not really hardware related - any insight on this?
