The NA wing wouldn't be speed sensitive without being tied to the BCM. You can run it on a dual position momentary switch, with one side supplying power to the motor in one direction and vice versa. You can just hold your finger on the button till the wing is up/down, but youll be able to burn out the motor without the limit switches.
Remember in order for the N/A wing to work and look proper on your SRT6 you will need the deck/trunk lid from a N/A Crossfire. The N/A deck/trunk lid has the indented area where the spoiler will rest when it is not deployed and the underside has the area where the motor is located.
