EDIT: appears that connections to switch are soldered .... AND BY THE WAY, I HAVE A SOURCE FOR ANOTHER UNIT LIKE THIS IF YOU WANT. NOT EXPENSIVE, AND KEEPS YOU OEM. Just my $.02
how much? of PM me...this might be a part I want on the shelf...lol
