Bought my roadster the same way and have no regrets. I did have to replace the IC pump with in a month of purchase. Go for it with the seller on the brakes, worst is they say no. Mine was pretty dirty on arrival also. Wrote it off to over 1200 miles in an open car transport.Try to find pure gas { no ethenol added) they really like it and slightly better milage.
