As for problems.... headliner will fall. 140 dollar fix so no big deal. Make sure AC is working properly when on and blower speed is operating normal in each position. Turn it on and off a few times. Check to make sure head lights are not foggy. Check to make sure the ignition key turns easily and is not sticky. Everything else mentioned is true (heated seats.... etc).
Depreciation is a ***** ain't it!

I over pay for most things because I'm an impulse buyer, but I tend to keep them in good shape so I re-coup a little on the sell. But don't feel bad, I once bought a 2001 Eclipse GT right from the showroom for $24,999. DOH!
