Paul and I think this has more to do with the diff locking up than the power going to the rear tires. His car has almost 7k on it since the swap and we haven't seen anything out of the ordinary. My only concern now besides getting a new diff and driveshaft is if it did anything to the transmission in the process which would be just a b!tch of a deal as you can't find out until you put everything back in the car so at that point, if it did do something to the trans, we get to do the same thing we did when this happened, put everything in to just take it back out.

Precautionary rebuild anyone? LOL
On a side note, it's snowing in MN with a SW wind bringing all that white **** this direction so probably a good thing that I'm not driving the car any more. I wish I was a bear and could just hibernate through this stuff and come back out in spring when it turns nice again. Heck, I might even lose a few lbs between now and then!

LOL
