Which spring set has the greater drop?
Which is better quality?
Which will yield the better more comfortable drive?
Lastly which has the greater sport rake?
Going to be purchasing this week and want some help.
Thank you!
both springs have the same amount of drop UNLESS you go with the H&R cup kit then you have a good half inch more all the way around.
i would prefer H&R any day of the week over Eibach, but that's just a personal opinion, both are superior quality springs and both will function for the life of the vehicle.
both springs will hold a fantastic ride quality again unless you use the H&R Cup Kit then the ride gets stiff but not as stiff as with the koni shocks. i have the cup kit and the car is my daily driver, i have no problems with it.
not entirely sure what your asking with the rake question, by motorcycle definitions you'd be asking if the front is lower than the rear, if that's the case it differs from car to car, mercedes uses different sized rubber shock caps in the front a rear, my rear was a number 3 and the front a number 1, the front has more wheel gap than the rear even still. if you can clarify what you mean by rake, maybe i can help you out a little better.
to make it short, if your looking for a sporty ride, go with the H&R cup kit, if your looking for a lowering effect keeping the mushy roll infected suspension, it doesn't much matter which spring you use, they will both do the same thing.
