I've done all my own oil changes on my cars since 1992 when Jiffy Lube failed to refill the oil when doing my car. In addition, when I had Penske doing a transmission drain and fill on my chrysler minivan I was lucky to catch and stop them just before they poured in the wrong transmission fluid, so I've been doing the trans fluid changes as well. I undersand that is a bigger job not everyone is in a position to do. It's well worth learning to do the oil change on our Crossfires.
With Jiffy Lube I would be concerned they installed the filter or o rings incorrectly or used the wrong oil.
