ok...cca is within lower parameters. what i inferred/implied about the cable ends is that both are clean. positive connection and chassis/body ground. both ends. even in the dry heat calif central valley, i make sure they are very happy (ie; inspect twice a month). corrosion can be very slight. if you're in a coastal or midwest location, i'd be suspect. good luck and i hope it's an easy fix.
