Now I know not to bother with anything like that.

I got all excited when I saw the claims for significantly better gas mileage and lower emissions. I've had a few cars fail emissions tests in the last bunch of years. All those great-running, drive-anywhere cars ended up in the junkyard because they were not licensable without an "E" test. I thought that if I could get a chip for the Crossfire and lower the emissions AND get better mileage AND more power.....all for $70 ??!!! Talk about the Holy Grail.

Thanks for the valuable info,

Dave
Let me help you out a little further then lol. Avoid all of these products:

Electric Super Chargers
e-Racing :: OFFICIAL SITE :: The e-RAM Electric Supercharger from e-Racing Motorsports

The Turbonator
Turbonator Super Charger by Tornado

Fuel Line Magnets
Amazon.com: Fuel OptiMiser Improves Mileage up to 24% - Standard Model: Home Improvement

and last but not least,
Hydrogen Generators
Amazon.com: Genesis Hydrogen Generator Complete Kit: Automotive

None of them work, although some are quite interesting.
