Yeah, the stock unit is ok if you like to listen to standard radio or a CD. Since I don't listen to either, I have replaced the stock unit on my roadster with a Sony aftermarket that supports an auxiliary port. I have an MP3 player and a somewhat portable Sirius radio receiver which the stock radio doesn't support unless you get one of those mickey-mouse FM transmitters that don't sound particularly well.
