Hi, all. I'm new here, so please forgive the n00b question: I just bought a pair of winter/slush floor mats for my 06 Roadster. Got the old ones off pretty easily, but I can't get the underside circular clip on the mounting posts. I pushed until I was pretty sure my thumbnail was going to sever the tip of my thumb; I even used a mallet to whack at it. No dice. Is there a special tool for this, or should I use some petroleum jelly, or what?
