Yes reliable
but
when something goes wrong it can get expensive quick. you can find tons of info under "Chrysler maxcare extended warrenty" which BTW is the only one you want. I paid 2600 for 4 years on my 04 and its saved me so far with a stickey key issue- another problem that plagues the car -but to be honest, a non xf trained tech at the shop I used fixed it OK.
Another "another" thing is to find a chrysler dealer that has a trained tech...its not an 100% sure bet but its a good start.
