You ask for the best painter and then want to half *** it. No high end painter is going to 'brush' the inside of an engine compartment. You better buy a black car and just leave the engine bay black and do some nice white accents.
You also realize a lot of parts are on the car are body color, such as supports and other items not easily accessible? There is always going to be some part that is the wrong color.
