You need to negotiate it down to $150-200. You might want to check pricing at another Chrysler or M-B dealership and use that to discuss a more realistic price.
What would be even more interesting would be to call the service department of that dealer that sold you the car and get a quote for the cost of a replacement key. Don't let them know who you are. I bet they will quote you less than $200.
