that bearing is toast. dont drive the car until you get it fixed, the damage it can cause will be 3 times as costly. be aware if you have an extended warrenty they wont fix the bearing but replace the entire s/c! if not the bearing is 50$ from hpautowerks and can be done in 30 minutes if you have a press
lastly the idler pulley next to the s/c and below is junk. i would suggest you ask rob at needswings to to make you a c3 pulley saver kit. it will cure all the idler bearing failures you are going to experience. adds a bit of beltwrap also
