oh i see what ur saying. ya like u said i would use a dremel or even a small hack saw. well for my car for example i did a front grill mount intake. so it really wouldnt help me i dont think

If you look at the rear of the grill (when removed) you will see pieces that obstruct airflow, some refer to them as tabs. Using a dremel tool and something similar is how I removed mine on the last car, but unless you are racing a highly modded SRT, it is not worth it as it offers no visual enhancement and probably little in the way of performance on an NA.
