the special tools needed are nothing but some basic metric sockets and one special torx bit, i had to buy from sears mid job. no lift is required, just some jack stands and a good jack. realignment is not even possible being as that nothing is affected but camber and there is no adjustment for this problem, headlights need not be readjusted if the drop is done properly, and warranty is 100% lost on all suspension components after modification no matter who or where you are. no such authority exists in the states and even if they did how would they know you changed a thing? there are so few of these cars they can't tell you modified it at all. so i guess we have it easier over here in the states.
