Crossfires are not flex-fuel vehicles and this fuel should not be used in the vehicle unless you were to convert the vehicle systems to allow for E85 use. There are a number of consequences, both operational and material in nature. Also, it may be higher octane but the value and effect of octane to the vehicle depends on where the octane comes from (chemistry of fuel) and whether the vehicle is set up optimally for that fuel.
