3 things that make an engine run... fuel air and spark. if the engine turns over but wont fire it may be a fuel related issue ie: bad fuel pump , filter if your getting fueel it may be a spark related issue ie: plugs fouled coil packs bad or engine way out of timing (jumped timing chain).
if the filters are completely blocked no air

start with the simple start the car and let it run until it dies. then turn on the key and crack open the bleeder at the end of the injector rail. if fuel comes out that eliminates the fuel issues. on to spark then air. are you showing any trouble codes?
