It's a 2008 rule book but the driveline section is the same. I'm still looking for my 2010 paper rule book. 13.99 and quicker only if your running slicks. Which you aren't running slicks, drag radials are not slicks. 11.49 or quicker if running street tires. Which you are not going to run under 11.49.
