Unless you are racing, just get an good solid replacement. Drilled and slotted look cool, but I have been told they are noisey. I replaced mine with Centric rotors (there are now premium versions available, at least for A6s) and Disc Italia Titanium Kevlar pads, which are low dust. Hit a site like www.brakeworld.com for all the varieties and combinations.
