It gets better.
Than he calles me back and tells me Ill have to pay for an oil change b/c one of his guys had alredy drained the oil thinking I would have them do the B maintnance.

O and the guy that does his inspections wants to charge me to bring the car back to be shure the new rotors are to spec.

BS!
What spec are they talking about?
I can only think of minimum thickness of the rotors, and run out. Minimum thickness of the fronts is .889, rear .299. maximum run out is .002.
The pads could be worn out a bit, do they have a minimum thickness on them? The wear indicator should give some indication of the amount of life left in them.
As to the oil problem, do they even know what oil is used, the amount required and the filter.
These guys appear to be highway robbers, find a shop that is recommended by your friends and build a relationship with them or use a Chrysler dealership as they should use approved parts and fluids.
