I figured it was BS that’s why I was going to change the rotors and pads myself.
My family has been taking cars to this guy for 15 years. He's good at what he does and has taken care of us in the past... but he’s turned into a dirtball and a cheat lately.
one of the forum users (ichon) is local and recommended a friend at a Chrysler dealer nearby. Ill be sure to take it to them from now on.
