I can only comment about how the Eagles performed on my previous car, a 2000 Contour SVT w/modded suspension and brakes and I can tell you this, they kick as*! They have a good treadwear number (300) and the needed "AA) traction and "A" temp rating. FWIW, the tread design is very cool and its also a pretty quiet tire to boot. I say, go with the Goodyear's. When time comes for me to replace my tires, I'll be looking at either the Eagles or BFG KDW2's.
