The AFR graph he printed is a bit confusing without some background. The one huge spike you see is a bad run - the car downshifted, so he shut it down. The graph is also showing HP in relation to AFR. So the 3 lines starting at between 12.25-13.4 per the scale on the left that decrease as RPM increases = AFR readings, so use the scale on the left side of the graph. The other 3 lines starting at between 11.5 to 12.5 per the scale on the left that increase as RPM increases = HP and so you should use the scale on the right side of the graph to see what the HP is at a given RPM.
In a nut shell, AFR readings on the bottom 3 lines and HP on the top 3 lines and 1 outlier-bad run.
