Hello all, i'm new to the forum, I currently own a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire SSB NA and I LOVE IT and was looking into maybe purchasing a 2005 SRT6, I've found one that's going for about 14k and it has about 54,000 miles on it. The owner says they've had all the recommended services and it's a clean title. I also live in California if that makes any difference on the price. What do you guys think about that deal? my .02 gleaned from owning over 40 classic to new vehicles is to get the lowest mileage, best condition vehicle you can find. even a vega, if that's what you want.

54k miles on this car is a little high, price is low if driven as an average daily driver in our golden state. prices in calif. have been on the slight uptick the past 6-8 months for crossfires. since you are familiar with the NA, the driveline and ride is what will first startle you. if you like that (i did), then it sounds like a decent deal. look for how many owners, carfax, i/c pump replacement, tires, oil changes, air/cabin filters. me? i prefer stock, no mods. just like they minted it out of osnabruck.
