NJSpeed69 explains it all in his post, just get a plug & play H7 for low lights. I went for the 6000k, I really like the purplish-white light, specially on road signs, and looking from far. That's when people with stock HID stare at yours. But yeah it is true that you get a better view with 4300-5000k, not a big difference from what I think compared to my other cars with stock HID.
If you want to get the best, yeah go with the philips but that'd be a lot of money (your choice!). Mine was about $300.(www.hidvisualcreations.com). Cheers.
