I have had a Zeitronix Wide band for many years on my Porsche 944 Turbo with no issues.
On that car, you place the sensor down stream from the turbo due to the heat and pressures of the exhaust on the engine side of the Turbo.
I drilled and welded the sensor bung right in front of the cat.
