Thats kinda what I was thinking, I talked to him on the phone said I was still interested and want the care, told him how I was waiting for the money etc. I told him Id give him a couple k, didnt say how much to hold on to it. I did say it would be non-refundable. basically win/win for him. If I buy it he gets his money, if something comes up and Im forced to eat the money I gave him, he just made his money back.

gonna call the school again to see when I can expect my money, its a joke. they are quick to send me the bills when they want their money but its been 4 months waiting for this check and they "still havent recieved the money from the bank" to refund me.
