Dave, been doing this for decades and have not cracked a hose yet. If they were that bad, I would have replaced em way before any test on a trip during fuelups! My XF hoses are fairly new so I wouldn't expect them to fail, but if any of them did Chrysler will come get it, fix it, and clean the mess (until July 2012 that is, HA!).
