Looks like you're on the border, but might not be too bad since you are in the cold air like that. For the most part in the upper RPM range you are right around 12.6 which is OK, but right one the edge of a little lean.

If you have a safe place to do it (dyno or closed track optimally), you should really record 3rd gear and even 4th if possible. There's more load in those gears and you may find you run leaner in them. My guess is you may see 13.x in those, and that would be too lean.
