I am sure you are worried about a leak so I will not add another joke post to this thread since I am sure you consider this a serious issue. I was very concerned when I noticed my leak.
I had a small leak near the triangle of the passenger window. I had to bring it in to the dealership and they adjusted the window to press it up against the rubber seal. It took the dealership a couple trys but they finally got it. No more leak.
There was a TSB out on this so it is possible your window just may need an adjustment... either the pitch/angle or the actual length of the window.. They can control both the angle of the window and the length so that it makes better contact with the rubber seal. I am willing to bet that is all you need to keep the inside dry.
Now if you notice water on the floor board when it is not raining outside then that is something totally different.
