I seriously doubt the problem came to Chrysler's attention before they stopped manufacturing XFs, so the problem will manifest it self for all years. The 2005s are the oldest in service, so they will experience the problem first. Having said that, I live is MI and keep my roadster garaged year-round and in hibernation for the winter, so I have not seen any problems with the top or rear window.
