They must be using a gold plated pump, and their Service guy's are dressed in evening wear.

I'm sure there is labor involved, but these Dealers need a reality check.

Their hourly rates are off the charts...that goes for all them, not just Chrysler...!!!

You might be better served locating the part on your own (eBay), and having a local mechanic familiar with MB take care of it.

With winter in play, it might not be the type of job to tackle outside (by your lonesome).

I'm sure the radiator fan would have to be yanked, maybe even the radiator to gain easy access...
